The University Student Council for the Academic Year 2021-2022 of Philippine Normal University-Manila campus invited Mr. Darren Joe G. Follero on September 11, 2021 to be one of the special guests during the special episode of PNU Teach Talk which was in celebration of the World Teachers' Month.

With him were fellow educators Mr. Reggie M. Parico, Miss Ma. Theresa S. Natividad, and Mr. Jonathan V. Geronimo. During the first installment of PNU Teach Talk, they talked about the different things that make the teaching profession interesting and at the same time challenging, most especially during the time of the pandemic.

The event was organized by PNU-USC headed by its chairperson, Mr. Emman Vecino, in partnership with the Bread Society-PNU.
